Portrait of Humanity is an ongoing photographic project documenting the faces, identities and traditions of people encountered during my travels through remote regions of the world. Through portraiture, the project seeks to preserve a visual record of communities whose ways of life are increasingly vulnerable to the forces of globalisation
PORTRAIT OF HUMANITY
For more than two decades, I have travelled in search of stories. Along the way, I have met people whose cultures, traditions and identities are deeply rooted in the places they call home. Before taking a photograph, I try to spend time listening, learning and understanding. These portraits are the result of those encounters — small moments of connection that offer a glimpse into the richness and diversity of our shared humanity
